Commercial License

This license is a limited commercial license that allows the license holder to make and sell handmade items in their home sewing business using one Stitchmaiden sewing pattern.

- License pricing is tiered depending on garment, big accessory or small accessory. 
- All license are for 12 month duration.

✦ GARMENTS ✦
10 garments = 20€ +VAT
30 garments = 40€ +VAT
unlimited garments = 80€ +VAT

✦ BIG ACCESSORIES ✦ (e.g. Belts or Collars)
25 big accessories = 20€ +VAT
50 big accessories = 35€ +VAT
unlimited big accessories = 60€ +VAT

✦ SMALL ACCESSORIES ✦ (e.g. Scrunchie or Bows)
25 small accessories = 10€ +VAT
50 small accessories = 15€ +VAT
unlimited small accessories = 30€ +VAT

— ✦ ✦ License Conditions ✦ ✦ —
✦ Home sewing and one person only - factory or mass production is strictly prohibited.
✦ With the license you are entitled to sell personally handmade garments and accessories made using the pattern for profit in your onlineshop, at markets and in shops.
✦ License is valid for 12 MONTHS. You can then repurchase it for another year. 
✦ License is good for up to a specific amount* (see license options) of garments, based on your choice. 
✦ License applies to ONE pattern, one license must be purchased for each pattern.
✦ This license DOES NOT include the Stitchmaiden PDF sewing pattern. You must buy that separately.
✦ The purchase of a license does not entitle the purchaser to sell, copy, or distribute the pattern itself. You may not claim the pattern or any parts as your own.
✦ The brand Stitchmaiden is to be credited in your product description.

✦ Support! We advertise for your handmade items - you will be named as official seller on our website and social media, so our customers can find you and purchase from you. 

— ✦ ✦ Do you need a license? ✦ ✦ —
You DO NOT need a license to do the following:
✦ make Stitchmaiden garments for gifts.
✦ make Stitchmaiden garments for personal uses.
✦ use Stitchmaiden sewing patterns in your content creation, that is freely accessible for everyone. In that case we would love to be credited as the pattern maker.

You DO NEED a license to do the following:
✦ make Stitchmaiden garments to sew and sell.
✦ use Stitchmaiden Sewing Patterns for a class or workshop. We consider content creation for paid platforms (Skillshare, Patreon etc.) as a monetized class or workshop, because it is not freely accessible for everyone.
