Please note that Stitchmaiden is selling digital products. You won’t be receiving anything in the post, but will instead be sent a link to download the pattern as a PDF immediately after purchasing.

Be sure to follow the instructions and save the file onto your computer right away!

Shipping & Delivery

There are no delivery charges for PDF patterns, as they are delivered automatically via email immediately after purchase. Please ensure that the email address you have provided is correct. If the email address provided is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver purchased patterns.

All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, PDF downloads, planners, organizational and resource material, and other online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and are industry standard for processing online payments.

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing or need further help, please contact stitchmaidenstudio@gmail.com with purchase details so that we can deliver you your product right away.

Returns

Unfortunately PDF patterns are not eligible for return and refund.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.stitchmaiden.net are non-refundable and exchangeable.

Stitchmaiden does not offer returns and exchanges on sewing patterns, however each case is unique so if you are unhappy with your item and need further assistance send an email stitchmaidenstudio@gmail.com and we can discuss it further.
