Wheather you like the minimalistic version, perfect for the office or the full gibson girl experience with a yoke, gigot sleeves and neatly tailored cuff - Kalina suits many occasions and is surely worth to be added to your projects list.
Kalina is a soft, loose fitted blouse inspired by edwardian shirtwaists or gibson girl style blouses, popular at the turn of the 20th century.
Back in the day, these blouses combined with a skirt were the most popular fashion - so let’s revive this style and try yourself! Try adding tucks and lace insertions for a more historic feel.

Version A
Version A is the most basic and easy to sew - a perfect beginner project! No yoke and easy finishes are perfect for beginner sewers.
The long bodice version elongates the upper body and pairs nicely with jeans.
Version B
Version B is the cute one! Added ruffles in the sleeve head, along the yoke and along the sleeve hem compliment the ruffles of the gathering in the waist - so girly and romantic.
Version C
Version C is the full gibson girl experience! Gigot style sleeves create a truly historic silhouette and feel. Suitable for more experienced sewers due to cuff detail. We teach you how to alter the pattern to make them fit your measurements perfectly - for a crisp tailored look!
